Now welcoming players from the age of 4, Tynemouth Tynies is our new home for players wanting to try our approach to mini football with sessions focusing on the development of core football skills along with developing a players social interaction in a team environment.

Our FA qualified coaching team work in partnership with UEFA qualified coaches from Newcastle Elite Academy to delivery fun and enjoyable sessions for players of any ability. We welcome players from those who are just starting out with a football at their feet all the way to those already participating in team sport at Under 6 and Under 7 level.

Our sessions, held every Sunday between 08:30am & 09:30am take place during winter (October-April) indoors at Marden Bridge Sports Hall. Then during the summer (May-September) we take advantage of the outdoors and head to the home of Tynemouth United Football Club, Norham High School.

Each of our sessions is open to new players taking part with no requirement to register in advance. Upon arrival a member of the TUFC coaching team will be available to welcome you and your child and provide information on the sessions.

First week is free, however there is a £3 per session charge after week 1.

After reaching the age of 7, all Tynemouth Tynies players will be offered a place in a Tynemouth United Football Club Under 8 teams.
